Did you lose something at the Boardwalk? We’d like to help you find it!
While the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk is not responsible for any items that are lost or damaged during your visit, our goal is to return all personal items that have been lost on our property.
To report a lost item, you may complete the form below. If you have misplaced multiple items, please complete a separate form for each item.
If you prefer, you may visit our Lost & Found Center in the Guest Services Office, located between the Giant Dipper and Haunted Castle on the Boardwalk. You may also call the Lost & Found Center at (831) 423-5590 during operating hours. Please be prepared to provide the information requested in the form (link below).
Please note:
- Completion of lost property report does not guarantee locating of item(s) or its condition.
- As a courtesy, we hold items for two weeks from the date found.
- Upon request your found item(s) can be mailed, although a shipping fee may be applied and we cannot be held responsible for items lost, stolen or damaged in shipping.
